Hi - I'm a stranger in a strange land. I know little or nothing, and I came here to learn.

I'm having problems with UNIX filesystems. Having a hard time shaking off the "old way" of thinking.

Anyway, I have an RS/6000 (7044 170) that I'm currently using for a CAD workstation. I will use it as my entry server, hopefully soon - if I can get some things sorted out.

I'm really hoping to find more newbie resources, and I'm sure you'll all be able to help.

Nice to meet everyone!

By the way - can someone tell me how to, or where to find, how to allocate more space to a file system? I can't install my Mozilla broswer, because the "device is out of space"
