Help using awk with 2 files| utcguy |

I have 2 files, Shippers.tab & ShippingOrders.tab. From these files, I need to determine which company had the most sales (most money in total from field 5) and then display its Carrier ID, the total amount sold and also the Company name. I am having trouble understanding how to display this information since I need to pull out information from both files. I need to pull out field 1 and 2 from Shippers.tab and only field 5 from ShippingOrders.tab. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
