Hello people!

I want to make PPP connect using the modem with my provider. I use FreeBSD 5.2. I know IP-address of my DNS-server.

So I configure Kppp... then insert line to /etc/resolv.conf :
nameserver MY.DNS.SERVER.IP

Than I try to connect to my provider. This attempt is succesful... good, but mozilla and other programs cannot resolve DNS-name to IP-adderess !!!!

Program host and nslookup resolve them, but ALL other programs can work ONLY with IP-addresses !!!

Please help me, and, if you can, give me solution of my problem.
