I've got an old PC that I'm going to put Linux on so I can learn it. Don't know anything about linux so I'm going to be here lots!

if you don't know much about linux yet, and you like hard copies of things, look for one of the O'Reilly books on linux. i'm not sure which animal is on the front of the general linux beginners book, but i'm sure it's amusing :D

Also... feel free to ask any questions on here :D we're all friendly, helpful ppl! :D

Hello again. Just a quick post to keep my account active.

I've got the Red Hat Linux 9 bible, and my old P3-600 is slowly being made from "ebay parts"

Going to have a go at learning it all in the next couple of weeks, so I'll be back :P
