Hello,

I am a newbie over here. I am planning to subscribe Safesquid-Content Filtering Internet Proxy Server for my enterprise. Have any one of you use this software before? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks,
David

Hi,
It's a good proxy software, much better than trying squid + dansguardian + clamav
The poor fellows even offer a Free ver for paranoids like you to test.
They have even given a decent documentation at http://www.safesquid.com.
If you can't understand that, talk to their support forum at http://www.safesquid.com/forum
What are you trying to do, posting the same question at so many boards?
You could ruin the poor guys' reputation.

SafeSquid - Content Filtering Internet Proxy

It is a complete Content Filtering Internet Proxy.
You can even use it with any of your other favourite proxies - that support
request forwarding, like Squid.
I'm briefly mentioning some of the features of SafeSquid
Access Control
Virus Filtering
DNS Blacklists
URL Filtering
Request Forwarding
FTP Proxying
Header Filtering
Word Filtering
Content Caching
URL Redirect
Content Re-Write
Customisable Templates
Profiles
Mime Filtering
Define user limits
Internet Content Adaptation Protocol (ICAP)
Cookie Control
Web based Interface
You can get details information about the above mentioned features from
http://www.safesquid.com/

SafeSquid is arguably the best way to scan, all the contents for viruses on
the Internet Gateway.

If you have any technical difficulties in using SafeSquid, please register
