Dear Programmers,

I have drawn up some screen designs for a USER FRIENDLY front-end to operate existing multimedia software such as - DVD player, digital photo library, mp3/ogg library etc. The program is designed to be suitable for TV output. I want to use this software on a small OS like Knoppix and run it from an old PC in the lounge -as an alternative to MS Media Centre if you like.

I am no programmer but I understand that this is not a massive job since all the real coding has already been done. I'm told this can either be done using programs like X-forms or by using an 'overlay' front-end linking the underlying programs to it.

If anyone is interested I can send you a full programming specification and screen designs.

thanks
