it doesn't... the forum software recognises Google's agent and displays it's name instead of lots of anonymous members... nice, eh? :D

a vague idea is that it looks at the HTTP request somehow and figures out that the user agent is "googlebot"... but i'm kinda guessing.
perhaps you may wanna ask on the Invision Power Board Community Forum, i'm sure they know :D |
