Postfix here, been working a treat without any problems. Sendmail seems to spin off a load of Zombie processes so that went straight in the bin!

i think sendmail is the best that there is in terms of features, stability and customizability, but it's just too damn hard to configure in the first place! that's why i use exim :D

yeah, saw that... extremely useful, but that just proves my point even further! i would have to read that doc of urs in order to configure sendmail.... i didn't have to read anything to configure exim!

i guess i depends on your needs though. sendmail is certainly more configurable than exim, but i don't need it to be at home at the moment... :D

Polls are fun, but you'd have to know *so* much to make a call like that...
I'm using Postfix, and it's working well for me, although I have had a
tough time getting the configuration not only working but doing what
I want it to; but it's sending mail without problems and it's not relaying
spam! For me, that's a big accomplishment. I'm interested to see what
more people think.
