Hi,
Not too sure what i'm doing here but hope to get a few answers! I'm in the process of buying a laptop for home (use a standard MS desktop as work) and want to find out a bit about Linux. Being in IT (well recruitment :) ) I've heard lots about the OS but still not sure what the differences are between say Linux and NT or Win2k. What can Linux do that MS can't? Is it difficult to teach yourslef? What are the benefits of being able to work with Linux? Hope to hear from someone soon... Cheers, Darren |
